Common questions
How do I back up or sync my data?
Turn on iCloud Sync in Settings. Your loads, fuel, and expenses sync automatically across your iPhone and iPad through your own iCloud account — nothing passes through our servers.
How do I export my records or tax report?
Go to the Tax tab → Reports → Export. You can export a full P&L as color PDF, B&W PDF, Excel spreadsheet, or plain text — ready to hand to your CPA in one tap.
What is Lifetime Pro?
A one-time $49.99 purchase that unlocks unlimited loads, fuel, and expenses forever, plus 50 AI chats per month. It also includes a bonus of 2 years of iCloud Sync and voice load entry.
What is the iCloud Sync subscription?
$2.99/month or $24.99/year — unlimited tracking, multi-device sync, voice load entry, and 150 AI chats per month. Best if you’d rather not pay up front.
How do I restore a purchase?
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases on the same Apple ID you bought with.
How do I cancel or manage a subscription?
iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → TruckWise. Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days.
How does voice load entry work?
Tap the mic and dictate the load — “40-foot Jayco, Elkhart to Phoenix, 1,840 pay miles.” AI fills the freight bill, pickup, delivery, miles, and rate for you to review. Voice is included with Lifetime Pro (2 years) and the iCloud Sync subscription.
My data disappeared — what happened?
If iCloud Sync is on, check your iCloud connection and that you’re signed into the same Apple ID. If you’re not using sync, data is stored locally on the device only — we strongly recommend turning on iCloud Sync or exporting regularly as a backup.
I haul freight too, not just RVs.
Switch on “Big Iron” mode for brokerage fees, detention pay, and long-haul flow. Each mode keeps separate data so your books stay clean either way.
